Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-09-10.

These terms govern use of foundmypro.com, operated by Eduardo Neto, a sole trader trading as FoundMyPro (England).

The service

FoundMyPro is a directory and routing service. We list mobile service providers and help you contact them. We are not a party to any engagement between you and a provider: we do not take bookings, payments, or responsibility for the work performed.

Accuracy

Provider-approved but unclaimed profiles show source-backed business facts from public sources, with the source and last-checked date shown. Discovered drafts stay private until the provider asks us to list them. Automated collection and AI-assisted categorisation may help prepare those drafts, but neither a category assignment nor a provider's agreement to be listed is independent verification of qualifications, insurance or service quality. An area listed as served reflects the available evidence or provider-supplied information, not a guarantee of availability at your address. We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it; verify credentials (for example Gas Safe registration) directly with the provider before hiring. Report inaccurate information or privacy concerns to privacy@foundmypro.com.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to harvest contact details for marketing lists, to spam providers, or to submit false listings or reviews. Automated access is welcome within the limits below.

AI agents and automated access

The public search API at /api/search is provided for human-assistant and agent use. Rate limits apply; high-volume access requires a key (contact us). Agents must pass through provider caveats (for example the unclaimed label) when presenting results to users, and must not use contact details for unsolicited marketing.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights that cannot be limited, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. FoundMyPro is not responsible for the provider's work because we are not a party to the customer-provider engagement, but we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our own breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights to bring or defend claims elsewhere in the UK.
