What FoundMyPro is

FoundMyPro Ltd operates this directory and routing service. We list mobile service providers and help you contact them. We are not a party to any engagement between you and a provider: no bookings, no payments, and no responsibility for work performed.

Accuracy

Unclaimed profiles are built from public sources and labelled as such. Verify credentials (for example Gas Safe registration) directly with the provider before hiring.

Acceptable use

Do not harvest contact details for marketing lists, spam providers, or submit false listings.

AI agents

The public search API at /api/search is provided for assistant and agent use within rate limits. Agents must pass provider caveats through to their users and must not use contact details for unsolicited marketing.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights that cannot be limited, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. FoundMyPro is not responsible for the provider's work because we are not a party to the customer-provider engagement, but we remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our own breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where the law requires it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights to bring or defend claims elsewhere in the UK.
